Shipping & Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Luxee Wigs LTD, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Processing Times

Next Day Delivery orders: Allow 1 business day for processing before dispatch.

Standard orders: 5–7 business days processing.

Custom coloured units: 7–10 business days processing.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or UK public holidays.


Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has completed processing, you will receive tracking information via email.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery (estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch).

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal service and customs clearance procedures. An estimate will be calculated at checkout.

Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail or the courier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused during transit. All orders are shipped with insurance, and claims must be raised directly with the courier.


Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees set by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in our prices and are not paid to Luxee Wigs LTD.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in your parcel being returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, Luxee Wigs LTD is not liable for loss, and refunds will not be issued.


Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned due to:

  • unpaid customs fees,
  • an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, or
  • failure to collect from the courier/post office,

this does not qualify as a return.

  • Customers remain responsible for all original shipping charges.
  • If the parcel is returned to us, we may offer to reship once all additional shipping costs have been paid.
  • If a refund is requested (and the item qualifies under our Returns Policy), refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and a restocking/handling fee.
  • Promotional, discounted, and final-sale items remain non-refundable even if returned to us by customs.
  • If a parcel is not returned to us (e.g. destroyed or retained by customs), no refund will be issued.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible if your parcel is shipped to the wrong address provided at purchase.

Orders can only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made after this timeframe may not be possible. If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details, you are responsible for paying re-shipping costs.


Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds except as required by UK Consumer Law.

Eligible returns must be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Customised and custom-coloured units are non-refundable and non-returnable.

To request a return, email info@luxeewigs.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, reason, and images/videos of the unopened product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use tracked and insured postage. Returns must be received within 14 days of approval.

Returns showing any signs of use will be rejected.


Final Sale & Promotions

Discounted items, promotional bundles (e.g. “3 for £150/£180”), and final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
