Shipping & Returns Policy
ALL BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED FROM 02/12 AFTER THE SALE HAS CONCLUDED! STANDARD PROCESSING PERIODS WILL APPLY FROM THEN.
ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE PERMITTED.
Processing Times
Please allow 1 business day for Next Day Delivery units to be processed before shipping.
All standard orders have a 5-10 business day processing period.
Custom coloured units have a 10-14 business day processing period.
Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and or during national holidays due to our shipping provider, Royal Mail.
Shipping Updates
Please note shipping updates will not be provided via email until the processing time is complete. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Shipping takes between 1-5 business days, depending on the option selected at checkout. This is after the processing time is complete.
After your order has been shipped please refer to Royal Mail's website/customer service regarding and shipping and delivery updates.
When an order is in the hands of Royal Mail, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems or Royal Mail via their website. Our customer service team will not be able to assist with queries of this nature, please direct your communication to Royal Mail customer service.
All orders are shipped insured. In case Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel in line with their terms and conditions, they will compensate us and we will subsequently compensate you.
Changes/Cancellations
Please make sure your address is correct at check out. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
All address changes or order cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Any address change requests after this period may not be possible or will incur duplicate shipping charges.
Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds except for unopened and unused products, in line with UK law and regulations.
To start a return, please email us at info@luxeewigs with your reason for return and pictures & videos of your unopened and unused wig. This must be within 14 days of receipt of your item.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item. We recommend that you ship you return with tracking and compensation to avoid any issues with lost items through your chosen postal service.
